Escapees BOF (Birds of a Feather) groups are comprised of people who share a common interest. In order to belong to a BOF, one must be a member in good standing of the Escapees RV Club.

Our subtitle pretty well describes us. We are for Escapees writers, published or not. Some members are published; others are working towards that goal. Some write for themselves or their families and have no interest in publication. Our members write in all styles. We have poets, novelists, essayists, writers of books and articles of nonfiction, children’s literature and family histories. Some Penwheelers write humor, others are serious about keeping journals, some write travel materials, some do technical writing, and many are avid letter writers.
Upcoming Rallies and Events
Penwheels meets at the Escapade or any event where there are 2 or more members gathered. We usually have introductions, exchange of information and one or two writing exercises. We provide support through our Yahoo bulletin board and the quarterly newsletter.
